VENDOR INFO

Missouri Cannabis Festival will bring together the largest gathering of cannabis industry vendors in Missouri. This will be a prime opportunity for cannabis consumers to see the cutting edge of what is becoming available to them as the industry is developing in the state. The vendors will have displays in the Regalia Convention Center, one of the largest event spaces at Lake of the Ozarks. The conference center will be open from Noon until 8 PM on the day of the event.

For those interested in becoming vendors at MOCANNAFEST, there is a form on the right side of this page that you can fill out to apply, and we will respond to you ASAP. Please see below for more information on vendors fees and available sponsorship packages. Vendors are encouraged to set up the day before the event from 3 PM to 11 PM, or starting at 7 AM the day of the event.

-TERMS AND CONDITIONS-
-Booth setup times are encouraged on Friday, April 5, 2024, starting at 3 pm – 11 pm.
-Booths must be completely ready and set up by 11:30 am Saturday, April 6, 2024
-Festival hours are Saturday, April 6, 2024, from 12:00pm noon -8:00pm
-Tear down mandatory after the event no later than Sunday 12:00 pm
-Each vendor is responsible for removing their own trash from their booth.
-Vendors must provide their own booths and set up fixtures.
-Electricity is provided by the venue, notify electricity needs prior is recommended.
-Once Payment is collected and Logos have been provided they will be placed on media(s).
